Marty studied the biochemical mechanisms by which the Amyloid Precursor Protein (APP) is sequentially cleaved.
Yi-Chen Hsieh PhD
Yi-Chen was a postdoc in our lab from Jan 2020 to Nov 2022 during which she studied the role of proteasome function on the accumulation and degradation of phospho-Tau in Alzheimer Disease using iPSC derived neurons.
